Greetings to all ITIYAyiti members!

The ITIYAyiti meeting originally scheduled for March 22, 2026, has been adjourned and rescheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in accordance with Articles 99 and 100 of the ITIYAyiti statutes.

Article 99 states that if a meeting announced at least eight (8) days in advance cannot proceed due to a lack of a two-thirds (2/3) quorum of active members, it will automatically be rescheduled for the eighth (8th) day following.

Article 100 requires that for a meeting to be canceled, the majority of absent active members must notify us of their absence at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the meeting will still take place if three (3) active members, including two (2) committee members, are present.

During that day's discussion, several suggestions were put forward:

1. The National Anthem of Haiti should be played at the start of all ITIYAyiti meetings to motivate members and help potential party candidates become familiar with the anthem for electoral campaigns.

2. The Glorious Anthem of ITIYAyiti should be sung at the end of each meeting to remind participants of the party's philosophy and send them home with a sense of joy.

3. A moment should be dedicated to congratulating all founding members who contributed their legal documents to establish the ITIYAyiti political party.

4. We propose that party members be allowed to date each other to foster partnerships within party management, adhering to the principle of one woman and one man per party function. However, couples cannot hold the same role to avoid any conflicts should both need to be absent at the same time. This approach can strengthen the party by aligning shared interests while maintaining our internal principles.

5. Meetings will be held every Sunday at 4 PM to facilitate step 3 of the party's rollout plan, which focuses on training among ITIYAyiti committee members.

6. All party members are encouraged to display the party logo on their online meeting backgrounds to create a more cohesive and appealing image during meetings.

7. We are committed to holding all party meetings openly, in public spaces, to expedite the training of young people in leadership roles. ITIYAyiti aims to set an example for other political parties, enabling them to gather valuable insights and techniques for training their own members. This initiative will contribute to educating the masses and furthering our mission.

We stand united for Haiti's autonomy!
