Intellectuals are people who can discern and analyze. In Haiti, we limit the 98% of people who have not entered university and the 2% of people who are called intellectuals due to the educational barriers that make us believe that those who have not completed high school are not intellectuals and those who have not finished university cannot get a good job. In my opinion, that is the problem that has to be solved intellectually.
