Prestige Raintree Park Phase 1 was launched in August 2024 across 21 acres, while Phases 2 and 3 cover 21 acre each.The township also include an expansive 25-acre commercial zone featuring premium retail and tech-park space.Phase 1 houses 18 towers with 1,520 units of 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments.The launch date of Prestige Raintree Park is scheduled for 28 August 2024. The project has received RERA approval from the Karnataka RERA Board.
