Less than 2% of Haitian secondary school students passed the certification examination

According to the Haiti Ministry of National Education and Professional Training records (Scholaro, 2010), after the Haiti January 12, 2010, earthquake, less than 2% of Haitian secondary school students passed the certification examination at the end of 5th grade.
