Hi, I’m new here and thinking about trying window film. Can it really give privacy without making the room too dark?
I was curious about the same thing and decided to order one from https://www.tintfit.com/shop/. It worked better than I expected — during the day the room stays bright, but you can’t really see inside from outside. It also helps a little with glare and heat, which was a nice surprise. At night it’s not 100% private if your lights are on, but it’s still much better than having nothing. Installing it yourself is doable as long as you’re patient and careful.
