The problem we are facing in Haiti is that we are dealing with a bunch of animals. People don't think about what they are doing. As we live in the age of technology, people cannot thoroughly analyze anything. It seems they are incapable of even thinking of a project idea that begins with a context, then goes on to create a strategy to implement it, and finally provides results to sustain itself. We have destroyed our intellectual resources, as a result of which we are no longer human.
