About
More than 97% of the Haitian population failed high school because of the French educational system in Haiti over the past 200 years. As the Minister of Haiti's National Education Department explains, French education emphasizes failure more than success. Consequently, only 10% of students pass the national exam, and only 3% go on to university. ----------------------------------------- Vizyon#1/ Vision: Kreyòl se lang tout nasyon.
